Those are some of the things Purple Marble Press Stories for Teens values.
My self-publishing imprint was born out of loss — the publisher that took on my debut novel closed, a great disappointment to all of its authors. But I believed in my book and could not let this loss keep me down. Hard work, determination, and a lot of hope (and help) brought my book back to life.
I chose Purple Marble Press as my imprint name because, as readers of Sitting on Top of the World know, the purple marble is a poignant symbol of love and devotion. I want all of my stories going forward to deliver powerful messsages to kids and leave them with many things to think about.
Thank you for reading!
